Important information

For Windows XP users : 30 seconds delaу after logon with ClubControlClient installed in shell can be disabled by turning off Windows XP "Welcome Screen". This option is in Windows Control Panel -> User Accounts -> "Change the way users log on or off" -> "Use Welcome screen".

We are on-line throu MS Windows Messenger(add a contact clubcontrol2001@hotmail.com).

The Demo-version is intended for operation from10.00 till 17.00. By operation in other time the data are not saved and at attempt of their change warning is produced.

The Program and upgrades are sent in WinRar 3 format which is not compatible with early versions, therefore at attempt of opening of the downloaded archive the error message is produced. Newest version of WinRar can be found on  http://www.rarlab.com/.

The default mail account for the QuickMail built-in system no more operational. The custom mail account must be used, or private smtp server with relay enabled.

The universal system of count of traffic Is developed - it is considered all in any conditions. ClubControl 3 owners can request the beta-version by e-mail.

Are corrected unpleasant slowdowns in Quick Messages.

• ! Speech synthezier (2.6 Mb) , necessary for voice messages in the program (it is not necessary for Windows XP).
• Updates available in any time by request to  ClubControl2001@hotmail.com .
• If necessary to start games / programs under a DOS on clients, add shortcuts on this program (20 Kb) with the instruction(indication) as the parameter of path to dos-based program.

FAQ

Q. It is impossible to start more than one program (game) on the client - at start of the second program the first disappears!
A. Это настраивается из свойств клиентов на сервере (Разделы - галочка "Одна игра").Рекомендуется включить для игровых тарифов для того, что бы не запускали несколько игр одновременно.

Q. After inclusion of an option " To replace with Windows Explorer Shell " for clients at loading a Windows there is a tablet is not retrieved .../ClubControlClient.exe. It is necessary to reinstall a Windows.
A. The path to ClubControlClient.exe file contains spaces that is invalid. Reinstall the client in a folder c:\ccc\.

Q.  The Table view contains only 1 computer !
A. Click the right button on the table and select the item "Size". In appeared window enter the necessary number of simultaneously displayed computers.

Q. How to change the prices for computer time?
A. On the server in menu/Advanced/Price Editor.

Q. How to prolong time ?
A.  Press Shift+Enter on selected computer.

Q. How to transplant (to change / change the tariff / complete preschedule...) the client? ?
A.  Right-click on the list of times (sort the List, right upper window).
